In the first few lines of the broader lines on 10b, the Gemara explains how the Shunamite woman knew Elisha was holy. And she knew due to two reasons: a fly never passed upon his table and, when Elisha slept within her home, she never saw a seminal emission upon his sheets. One obviously cannot take these criteria literally. Even if these two criteria are true for Elisha, this cannot be what sets Elisha apart from others with relation holiness. What makes more sense is that the fly on the table and the clean sheets represent something bigger than themselves. i.e. Maybe the fly on the food represents physical purity while the clean sheet represents sleep, sexual relations, and spiritual purity.
